This page explains the data collected by the website, lead forms, analytics, and admin workflows.
Data we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the contact details, message, listing details, and any listing images you provide, plus source, referrer, landing page, and UTM fields where available.
How data is used
Enquiry data is used to respond to your request, notify the site owner, send an auto-reply when enabled, and measure which pages and calls to action are working.
Analytics
The site records basic page-view and interaction events. Optional GA4, Plausible, or PostHog integrations only load when configured by the site owner.
Storage and access
Application data is stored server-side. Submitted listing images are converted to compressed WebP files and stored for review. Supabase service credentials are not exposed in browser code, and direct browser table access remains disabled unless explicitly scoped later.
